Heating settings locked on Vicare app

Hi, I'm running Vicare 2.3.0 with Vitoconnect 100 OPTO1 (sn: 7571381775143102). It's been some weeks that -while hot water stuff works well- heating settings are kind of "locked".

I have two heating circuits, and both behave the same: Vicare shows me them as "off" while they're actually working, and if I try to set them as "hot water and heating", then it says "scheduling time bands (paused)", as well as a (!) message that says "heating and hot water are driven by default programs".

I've tried to restore Vitoconnect to factory settings, tried to install older releases of Vicare app, nothing changed.

Thanks for your help.

Hello alescotto,

could you please send us the serialnumber from your boiler?

Please inform us about the software status which is installed in the controller of your heating device too.

You can find the software status in the diagnosis menu.

Best regards °sr

Sure, here below all serials:

Vitocell 100-B: 7537643800633108
Solarcell SPCF 500L: 055H36170064
Vitoligno 300-C: 7202735801067109

The closest thing I found as software status in "diagnosis > general" is:
FW-V: 1.51
VW-V: 2.12
02.11.2016 13:55:41

Thanks for your help.

Hello alescotto,

thank you for the informations.

The software from your boiler VL3C is compatible with the Vitoconnect.

Can you please reinstall the ViCare.

I would be happy if you inform me after these steps.

Best regards °sr

I've tried to install ViCare again many times, even older releases, but the problem is the same on them. Is there any diagnostic code I've skipped looking for?

Thanks a lot

Hello alescotto,

please send me pictures from the boiler display with the heating circuits and screenshots from your ViCare to customer-care@viessmann.com.

I think I´ll inform our developers.

Best regards °sr

Sure, I'll go ahead. Thanks for the support so far.
