Ich habe ein Vitotrol 300A gekauft und versuche, es an meinen viessmann vitocal 343-G anzuschließen, aber das Vitotrol 300A bleibt beim Start hängen und zeigt nur den Fortschrittsbalken für Stunden.

Ich habe die Vitotrol 300A an den Anschluss "145" des 343G angeschlossen. Um sicherzugehen, dass es sich nicht um ein Verdrahtungsproblem handelt, habe ich ein 2 m langes 75 mm2-Kabel zwischen Stecker "145" und dem 300A verwendet.

I have measured it to 28.2V on the connector when 300A is not connected and to 27.8V, when connected (measured at both connector "145" and the connector on the 300A).

Hi,

sorry to answer in English. I have a similar problem: I have a heater managed by a vitotronic 200 KW1 that has always worked well.
I connected recently a Vitotrol 200a via the included 145 connector. (new retail part)

Once connected, the vitotrol is displaying information (in and out temperatures) and the different options are responding.

But since the time I first plugged the connector, the Vitotronic doesnt end loading. It displays the loading bar on a full length and half of a second one, then the backlight stops, the bar stops progressing and nothing happens anymore.
Meanwhile, the error led will go from green to red **bleep** a few seconds, but the different parts (burner, pumps) are driven. The burner seems to be working while the progress bar is blocked.

If I press a button, the progress bar restarts and stops always the same way.

In addition, this behavior now happens even when I remove the connector and restart it as it was before.
Which means I do not have access to the heater settings and status at all, with or wothout Vitotrol connected.

The voltage on the connector is OK, and data displayed by the vitotrol seem right.

I cannot find any clue on official documentation or internet, does anyone here have an idea?

the Vitotrol 200-A is not officially intended for use on a Vitotronic 200 KW 1. Therefore, we can not rule out such a malfunction. However, it is also possible that there is a problem at the KW1, since after connecting a KM-Bus participant the bar in the control interface is pending.

You should try the Vitotrol 200, which is released for your Vitotronic. This is the first step.
