Hello, is vitotrol APP fully working at the moment?

I'm from Italy. I tried vitotrol app in my android device, try to register, but server is always offline.

Please help me.

What hardware? The Vitotrol only works with a Vitocom. With a Vitoconnect, the app must use Vicare.

which status do the LEDs of your Vitocom have?
Please post the serialnumber of your Vitocom.
Do you use a powerline-module? If yes, please restart this module and your router once.
