Alexa skill

Once again another update lauding the use of the alexa skill but not available on the Amazon UK website. I have explained before that when you write an alexa skill you must define which Amazon stores/territories it is to appear in. Just because you produce the skill in Germany it will only appear in the German store. You must in the skill list the stores it is to be made available to. I have checked and the skill appears in only the German and USA stores. This stops people ordering the skill if they do not have a residential address in other countries. Nobody in Viessmann seems to comprehend this situation even Amazon tech specialists have been unable to help resolve the issue.

Another plea here for prioritising the release of the Alexa skill for the UK store. Not being able to use my heating system with my smart home seriously limits its functionality and places Viessmann as a brand behind its competitors in the UK. Please, this shouldn’t be hard to resolve. Thanks!
