Change BEM control on Vitodens 200 (WB2)

Hello, I have a Vitodens 200 (WB2) with BEM controller, which I would like to connect to Tado systems.

Tado tells me that the BEM is not compatible with Tado. How can I make my Viessman Vitodens 200 compatible with Tado ?
