Operating mode - standby

Shows whether the Standby operating mode is active now, which means device will only start to protect installation from frost.

Reading the above for the Operation mode -standby, one would expect the system to react besides the frost protection only to a change in Operation mode.

Since the selection of the OneTimeCharge is accepted as well if in mode standby, I would suggest to reflect such in the documentation.
