Vitocal 111-S turning up water temp causes radiators to turn off

Any advice for this please? Trouble getting the house warm with a brand new heat pump system Vitocal 111-S  installer has returned the day after installation and changed a parameter to make the water hotter. Now, the lukewarm radiators are cold! House is freezing! Help! Thanks
