Viguide missing heating circuit

Hi on my ViGuide app and web portal I cannot see the heating circuit.

What's wrong with that?

in this community we can only support devices sold and operated in Germany since we have no access to devices and accounts located outside of Germany. Please contact your regional service via mail, you can find the address on the Viessmann homepage of your country under "Contact".

Thank you for the reply, the problem is that you do not have any support in Switzerland. If you can see my old post you had to work from Germany to fix an issue on a previous problem.
I have tried to contact Viessmann Switzerland and I'm still waiting for the FIRST reply.

looking through your other post the only tip my colleague gave you was to reset / restart the Vitoconnect.

In all other cases he asked you to contact your local support.

 

I don't have access to your device, I cannot look it up in ViGuide to check the heating circuit tile.

Please contact your regional service.

Dear Chris you Swiss customer service is a gost!!!
I need to fix another Vitoconnect 1 and it is about 2 months I'm waiting for a reply.
Could you please do somenthig? Write to you boss, the boss of your boss. It's really not a good job what Viessmann is doing.
