I have a system consisting of: 5 pylontech h48050 modules 1 pylontech SC0500 controller 1 Viessmann Hybrid 10.0A-3 Viessmann photovoltaic system of 14.5 kW Everything works ok until a 6th battery was added (the company forgot...) and now the system no longer works well. The 6th battery was installed between March 14th and 27th (about 25 days ago from now that I write to you)!! Through 2 IOS Apps (SolarPoral and StorageMate) at the beginning, while charging the batteries, I saw that the total never reached more than 20/21% after which it stopped, no longer charged and charged it and the excess put it back on the network. Slowly but very slowly then (about 25 days later ... which I already find strange and absurd) the charge reached about 41%. The installer who added the battery says your Viessman support told him he has no problems and that the system is ok and just needs to "stabilize / balance" and that it takes some time…. If it took about 25 days to go from 20 to 41%, from 41 to 100% (assuming you get there) will it take more months to stabilize? It seems absurd to me all this time…. And given all the errors I've found, some of which clearly make me think that the added battery has some problem. I state that by removing the new battery everything works perfectly again!!! This is what happens when I have the whole system empty in the morning.
