Vito connect opto2 firmware update error

Hello, 

I have recently bought a 2nd hand Vito Connect Opto2 already few years used.

The problem is that I can’t register it in ViCare app. While Firmware Update I have error after 10-15 minutes.

maybe it happens because Vitoconnect still registered for previous owner.

can you please be so kind and check it.
