Vitoconnect 100 OPTO1 unlocked

I bought a used Viessmann 200W stove and got a vitoconnect 100 opto1, but I can't register it in the application because someone didn't log out and delete it themselves. I don't have contact with this person, can I count on unlocking this driver by sending some photos of my device?

in this community we can only support devices sold and operated in Germany since we have no access to devices and accounts located outside of Germany.

This device was just purchased in Germany, that's why I write about it here, and it was later imported to Poland

if it is still registered to a German account, I could theoretically remove the registration.

Could you please post a picture of the backside of the Vitoconnect, where the serial number (16 digits, starting with 7) can be read?
