Been like this for the past 3 hours or so...

Not a nice experience...

Hope they sort this out asap...

Reported on Twitter to HQ...UK and Dutch division an hour ago...
Guess they’ve gone home for the day...

I have no connection a little longer because 6 hours.
I also hope for a quick solution

Viessman UK reports no known issues...
Advised to do a fresh install on iPhone...
No change...Not connected...

I think it's one particular server which is not responding to the Vitoconnect request for connection...

the server is online but your Vitoconnect is offline. Please check the connection between the Vitoconnect and your own network.


@Greg: Please restart your Vitoconnect. So it can initialize again.

If I switch off the main router to which it connects the upper led starts blinking red...
So...as far as I’m concerned it’s on-line...

I’m sorry...
It’s the middle led that blinks red if I kill my internet connection...

I just contacted my installer...
He can see my Vitoconnect is on-line but not sending data like DHW temperature etc...
He will also keep me informed...
I have changed nothing on my isp’s modem settings...

My Vitoconnect connection was restored **bleep** resetting the router to factory settings and restoring data from a previous router backup.

Without touching anything my Vitodens 222-F is back on-line !!!

Big thx to who ever solved this pesky issue...

Quick update...
PMM / Communications department Belgium confirmed in an email to my installer that there indeed was a serverproblem...
They managed to remotely reboot my Optolink and the data started flowing again...
I’ve forwarded the mail to customer care...
This issue has is now ‘hopefully’ permanently fixed...
