I have a problem with a vitogate 200 knx which does not work correctly. For example, some problems are it is not possible to ask for “party” ou “eco” mode from KNX, mangaement of the pump does not work ...
My problem is the same or very similar to this other customer, subject here :

His problem was a outdated microcode, so the vitogate has to be replaced by an updated one.
In my country, the local Viessmann center (Toulouse) does not care at all, so I am lost and alone with my problem.
