Issues with ViCare app - how to address ?

If there are issues with the ViCare app - what is the right way to address that ?

I cannot find any email address to write to ViCare support, not can I find a phone number to ask for assistance at https://www.viessmann.de/de/kontakt.html - just forms that dont seem appropriate for that topic.
